Al Laura Lou Nursery we understand the importance of informative learning. Our curriculum is tailored to suit all of the age ranges within the nursery.
Each child has a named member of staff to care for them during their nursery day, in order for the child to build up a special relationship and also enabling continuity of care.
The key worker is responsible for observing the child and recording acheivements across all areas of learning.
The key worker is also responsible for communicating with carers and revewing the child's progress in a formal reveiw and informally day to day.
Carers are encouraged to ask the key worker about their child's day at nursery.
